Park City is one of Utah's best cities, a place that offers a quick get away to the mountainside and the outdoors during anytime of year. You will be able to witness the full bloom of spring, the lush of green during the summer, fall colors or winter spirit from powdered covered snow. Park city offers a numerous amount of activities to do outdoors and indoors.
Jordanelle State Park is located only twenty minutes away and is a great place to have a picnic or enjoy the day on the water. Their are also two great ski resorts nearby: Park City Mountain Resort to -Canyons and Deer valley ski resort.
In 2002, Utah held the winter Olympics, today you can still go to the Olympic Sports Park to watch Olympians practice and walk through the museum.
Downtown Park City has a hub of local restaurants and nightlife I truly enjoy. If you ever encounter on the opportunity please try Adolph's restaurant, it is a cute establishment with a great selection of German food. Their is also an Irish pub, Flanagans which is family friendly with sports to watch and big plates of food.
The main street of park city has many antique stores, boutiques, art galleries and niche shops to shop in. I love going to Park City for every activity it offers. It is a wonderful place to live and a great place to go away for the holidays with the many parades, celebrations and local concerts arising all of the time.
